You do not need an account to get in touch, and messages from visitors, members and creators all land with the same small team. We read every message and answer personally, so please include everything we need to help: the email address on your account, the name of any listing or creator involved, and, for a payment question, the date and amount of the charge.

For questions about verifying a profile, changing a tariff, or removing your listing, the creator panel and the FAQ usually answer them instantly. For anything about privacy, what we store and how to have your data removed, see the privacy page linked in the footer. If you are reporting a safety concern, a profile that looks underage, or a request that broke our rules, use the safety page as well as writing to us so it is escalated straight away.
