By accessing and using the Velvet Private platform, you fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any clause, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Velvet Private is a platform intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and over. Every user must confirm their date of birth and, when requested, submit a valid identification document. The platform reserves the right to deny access to any user who cannot prove they meet the minimum age requirement.
All content published on the platform — including photos, videos and exclusive materials — is owned by the responsible creator or by Velvet Private. Copying, redistributing, downloading, screen-capturing or any form of unauthorised reproduction of the content is strictly prohibited. Violators are subject to civil and criminal liability.
Subscriptions are recurring monthly charges that grant access to content according to the contracted tier. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and may be changed by the creator at any time, with changes applying only to new billing cycles. Payments are processed through an encrypted channel; Velvet Private does not store card details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account panel. Access remains active until the end of the current paid cycle. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed for ongoing cycles, except in cases of proven technical error.
It is prohibited to use the platform for any illegal, abusive, defamatory activity or any activity that violates the rights of third parties. You agree not to share your account, not to use bots or automations to access content, and not to harass creators or other users.
The processing of personal data follows Velvet Private's Privacy Policy. Verification documents are processed in encrypted form and used exclusively for identity and age validation.
Velvet Private may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, commit fraud or compromise the security of the platform, without prior notice when necessary.
These Terms may be updated periodically. The current version is always the one published on this page, and continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of London, without prejudice to applicable consumer protection rules.
