Your details are never published
- Your name, email, phone number, bookings and messages live in your account only, so we can run the service you asked for. Nothing about a client is shown on the site.
- No listing, review or gallery on Velvet Private carries a client's real name, and a companion sees only what you choose to send her when you contact her.
- We never sell your data and we never pass it to advertisers or to anyone else because you booked.
- If you want out, ask us to close your account and your data goes with it.
Discreet by default: no emails
- We do not send newsletters, promotions or follow-ups, and we never email you about who you saw or what you bought.
- The only message that ever leaves us is the one you asked for yourself, such as a login code or a password reset.
- Your bookings, credits and receipts stay inside your account, not in an inbox somebody else can open.
- Some of our clients have a lot to protect at home. We built the site so that nothing arrives where it can be read by anyone but you.
Payments that stay quiet
- Card payments are taken by our payment provider. Your card number never reaches us and is never stored on Velvet Private.
- What appears on your bank statement is a discreet, neutral entry. It never names the companion, the service or anything you bought.
- Booking history and receipts are kept in your account, behind your login, for you alone.
- If a charge ever looks wrong, write to us and we will go through it with you.
How we ask you to treat the women here
- Every companion and masseuse on Velvet Private is a working woman who chose this work. She is giving you her time, not her dignity.
- Her rules are the rules. The rate, the time and the boundaries she sets are final, and she may end a booking that crosses them.
- Anything she has not offered in writing is not on the table, and asking twice is not asking, it is pressure.
- Be clean, be sober, be on time, and speak to her the way you would want another man to speak to someone you love.
- She is there to give you a good experience. A polite, respectful client is the one she remembers and wants to see again.
- Aggression, haggling, turning up unbooked or asking for her private details closes your account for good.
Support, whenever you need it
A payment question, a concern about a listing, anything at all: write to us and a person answers. We keep the thread private and we never tell the other side who you are.
